Falling Fences will make their debut at Jazz St. Louis for 2 nights on January 11th & 12th. Each evening will have an early show and a late show and a 200 person capacity. The band will feature the 9 piece lineup that debuted at Delmar Hall in August, however will take on the nuances of the room for 2 unique shows per night. The new album “II” was recently named one of St. Louis’ 9 Best Albums of 2018 by the Riverfront Times.

Falling Fences will perform a special concert at the Broadway Oyster Bar in St. Louis on Weds October 11th to honor legendary musician Tom Petty who passed away last week from a heart attack. The band, who counts Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers as a major influence, will perform 2 sets of Heartbreakers' classics starting at 9pm.

Falling Fences is pleased to announce a return to Grant's Farm on Saturday May 13th!
"Fences at the Farm IV" will begin with doors at 6pm and 2 sets of Falling Fences music at 7:30pm. $5 at the door includes 2 complimentary Anheuser-Busch samples for guests 21 and older. Doors open at 6 PM and music starts at 730 PM. Kids 12 and under are $2.

On Tuesday March 21st, Falling Fences will begin a 6 night run on the Pub Stage at John D. McGurk's in St. Louis. The band will perform 3 sets per night from Tuesday through Sunday 3/26. Each night will feature special guests sitting in and a unique setlist from the band's vast repertoire.

Falling Fences is excited to announce the 2017 Winter Concerts! As the band prepares to enter the studio this winter, they will offer up a live preview of songs slated to appear on the sophomore release. Falling Fences is pleased to announce a special Electric set at Phillipalooza 11 at the Old Rock House on Saturday December 3rd. The band joins the fight against ALS as a portion of proceeds will go to the ALSA St. Louis regional chapter. Though the Electric Fences set begins at 1030pm, the event begins at 3pm and also features performances from Jake's Leg, Funky Butt Brass Band, Al Holliday, The Scandaleros, Oak Steel & Lightning Clusterpluck and host band Phil Wright and Friends.

With heavy hearts, we announce the departure of our longtime bassist / spirit animal, Mr. Ryan Kennedy, aka "Chewy Knife." Ryan and his dear wife Megan are moving to San Francisco and his final 5 shows with Falling Fences will take place at McGurk's on Tuesday March 22nd through Saturday March 26th. Come send him off with a Guinness and the ole St. Louis salute!
